When I Wanted To Lose Weight, The HCG Diet Really Helped Me Do It

Throughout my lifetime, I have tried so many diets that have promised unbelievable and effortless results and was always disappointed with the results or lack thereof, so I decided to swear off all diets, but when I heard about the hcg diet, I was so impressed I just had to give it a try. Fortunately, this story ends very happily and I was able to lose quite a bit of weight and found myself much healthier and extremely happy with my appearance, but it almost didn't happen because my sister was worried about bringing one more diet to me!

This all happened when several months ago, when my little sister, along with her husband a children came to town to celebrate my mother's birthday and they stayed at my house during their visit. Of course, after they had been there a couple days, I launched into a rant about diets and how they were just a whole lot of bunk; something that was just a way to cheat people out of their hard-earned money.

My sister kept her mouth closed for the moment, but the next day when I complained again about how awful diets were, she told me that I was just being stubborn and that I needed to stop ranting and listen to her, as she had something to tell me that I needed to hear. I was a little taken aback, but I obediently stopped talking and listened to her explain about the hcg diet.

What I liked most about this diet was that it was not necessarily about what foods you did or did not eat, rather it was about teaching your body to burn fat in a better and more efficient way, which would eventually reduce the body's fat stores. One of the truly impressive things she told me about this diet was that it also goes along with something she called hcg drops which were based on a real hormone produced by the human body.

Once my sister finished telling me all about this diet, I had to admit that it did sound pretty wonderful, so I apologized for being so pig-headed and asked her what I needed to do to get started on this exciting diet myself. My sister was just glad that I actually listened and she gave me the information I needed so I could get started with the diet, and before I knew it, I was thrilled to discover that I was losing weight and keeping it off!
